  • Purim Update – We had a great group show up for the meeting last weekend. Thanks !!! 
  • Confirmed time for the carnival will be 11:00am to 2:00pm (date March 23) 
  • Tax Exempt Number – Please contact Cori in the TSS office for this number if you are making purchases for the Purim Carnival. 
  • Purim Workday – Build, paint, repair, clean booths. Assemble gift baskets. Make banners…etc. March 2, 9am – 12pm 
  • Publicity – Jill is on it! 
  • Food – Kim is on it! We have a few more volunteers that signed up to help out with this. 
  • Auction – We still need a coordinator for this. Religious school is going to do themed gift baskets for each grade. Sara and Laurel are working on solicitations. 
  • Booths – Linda and Susan will be narrowing down the list and presenting it to us later. We are excited to be having a FORTUNE TELLER this year. Most likely Madalyn and Vera will take shifts 
  • Prizes – Linda needs to buy more. 
  • Glamour Purim Family Photography – We will promote  this as a highlight rather than simply a “booth.” All proceeds will go to the Religious School. 
  • We will be selling tix during before and after Sunday School the month prior to the event at a discounted price. 
  • Volunteers for set up and clean up still needed.

  1. Sounds great. I really appreciate all the hardword yo are doing to coordinate this event. I am excited to be helping out with the new Glamour Portrait Booth!
