Albertson’s Community Partners Cards
We’ve been involved with the Community Partners program at Albertsons for some time, but now that they’re no longer using Albertsons Preferred Savings cards, there’s a new way to designate Temple Shir Shalom to receive a percentage of your total purchase. We’ve placed a bowl of plastic Community Partners cards (which can be hung on your key chain) in the foyer. Please pick one up the next time you’re here and let your cashier scan it when you shop at Albertson’s. The temple will receive 1% of the first $50,000 spent by our supporters per quarter and 5% on everything over $50,000. Speaking of groceries, we’ve donated 192 lbs of food so far to the Bready of the Mighty food bank—thanks to everyone who’s been a part of the effort! We’ll leave the box in the foyer to keep the program going, and if you’re able, please consider donating canned fruits and veggies, boxed pasta and rice meals, and canned soups and meat-based products like stews and Chef Boyardee.
Thanks for your help and generosity!!
